Boucher has made big improvements in his all around game this year, he wanted to prove he wasn't a good shot one trick pony. 19 points in 35 NHL games and trending up. Hopefully the start of a Sarnia pipeline.

If he can improve his skating and get stronger in puck battles, he can be a consistent 20-25 goal scorer in this league.

Does he still have a chance at making an NHL career? Over ppg his last AHL season and this year so far as well.

Nah, I think the ship sailed on him being any kind of regular in the league. probably a guy who will be a career minor leaguer unless he can find a lucrative deal overseas.

He doesn't have the wheels or agility to crack the NHL. Some players like Boeser can make it work without the acceleration because they have good edgework.

Boucher is just a poor skater. Period.

He should’ve been given a chance this season already. Kinda disappointed that we haven’t seen him yet.

He was born three decades too late, if he was playing in 1980s he could be one of those classic snipers pocketing 25-30 goals a year. But in today's game players need to be more than one-dimensional.
