Kings Video: Luc Robitaille Press Conference

Luc keeps saying we are in good shape.. No youre not. If you are the cap, have a bottom tier prospect pool and some of your core players are in fairly steep decline - you are not in good shape.

The other frustrating thing is he was questioned about having "new faces of the franchise" or something like that, and Luc's response was along the lines of "you are a face of the franchise based on what you do on the ice."

You won't get that as long as you keep throwing out your aged franchise players over young skilled players who want to play.

Kopitar isn’t going to retire; one day he’s gonna jump the boards and just turn to dust.
Robitaille: "Well, ya know this off season we are going to invest in a new set of neck bolts and see what happens." Seriously, if this organization cares about Kopitar at all, move him out of here and let him fill a role he is suited for on a contending team. That would be doing him honor. If Kopitar wants to stay here until the bitter end as the 1C, I can't say I understand his reasoning, if he truly wants to go out a winner.

Well, I guess it's going to get worse (maybe much worse) before it ever gets better again isn't it?!?!

Where's that machine from 'Intersellar' -- i'm ready for one of those long naps and wake up in 5-10 years.

Anze should be embarrassed about gassing out 180 minutes into a playoff series - for the 3rd straight year.

Have some humility, recognize your weaknesses and think of the team that you have represented dutifully for 15 years instead of whatever this is.

Kopitar is very good at hiding his emotions, to his credit, but there have been multiple times over the last ten years where the best option for the Kings was to move on.

Kings are not going anywhere with Luc in charge. He said today that Hiller will be back as coach , threw his support behind him. Hiller did a complete choke job in playoffs and Luc says it will be hard for the new GM to get rid of him, basically the new GM wil be told to keep Hiller.
