Vancouver can't catch the Kings, but Winnipeg, Florida, Philadelphia, and Carolina may be able to catch them.

The Kings could move up to the #8 or #9 pick if they keep this up.

I don't care how crappy a draft is, a team has to get a player who eventually plays in the NHL with a top 10 pick.
