It's why I laugh whenever people say more power plays would solve the scoring woes in the NHL. I actually think it would slow the game down and even lower scoring. A good PK is 85+%. That's nearly killing all PPs.

20% is great actually. The Pens run about 24% yearly (since Crosby).
