LOL the Kings lay a massive egg in the biggest game of the year so far and the talk is about the refs.

Sometimes this place is as bad as the mainboard.

The vast majority of the talk has been about the Kings poor effort. Don't lump us all together.

Terrible reffing.

Terrible effort by the Kings.

Nice to see the Hawks shaking hands to say thanks for the gift reffing.

Tonight tells you all you need to know, this team is just not the same as they were in years past. Massive game against your biggest playoff rivals and the team that likely will challenge you for team of the decade and you perform like this?
People need to look beyond the logo on the front of the jersey when analyzing this team. Just because the team wins does not mean certain players should have been brought back, re-signed or not moved at the deadline.

Dean's moves have not worked out since the Martinez goal in double OT against the Rangers and it will look even worse if they can't re-sign Sekera, but it's going to be a challenge because Dean has some grotesque contracts on the books.

Yup. I've said it for months now. Lombardi has an issue with dedication and can't move on. Keeping Mike Richards, re-signing Matt Greene and Dustin Penner a couple summers ago. Jarrett Stoll will probably be re-signed to a ridiculous contract this summer too. He needs to start getting over players and moving on.

Seriously? The refs? You think that would've made a difference. Drew Doughty was the worst player on the ice tonight, after Mike Richards.

Well, Chicago usually has our number, whadd'ya gonna do?

Still, the Kings are the most frustrating team to be a fan of...in the regular season.

Some fresh blood on this roster next season would be a welcome change.

They need players on this roster who can skate and keep up with the likes of Chicago.
