God some team would've given us a great package for him too. Now he will leave for nothing in free agency.

DL might've traded him but they went on that win streak and made DL believe they had another deep playoff run in them so he traded for Sekera and kept Williams. It sucks missing the opportunity to get something for Williams via trade because we're almost certainly going to let him go or overpay him this offseason. Trading for Sekera could've still been a good move if we can resign him at a good price. Otherwise, between what we could've had for Williams and what we gave up for Sekera, that's a decent chunk of potential future possibilities pissed away for nothing.

sweet goal by Hossa. fitting end to this *** embarassment. glad i didn't waste my money and go to the game tonight.

DL should buy them all bus tickets home

Quick should throw **** around in the locker room. This was a pathetic display. This team should be ashamed the way they played tonight.

At least the officiating has been consistant. King get tripped behind the net , right in front of the ref and he looks away.Hawks score the next shift.

That was a horrendous 3rd period. You wouldn't know who was leading/losing if you didn't look at the scoreboard. Chicago wanted that game more than LA. Down 3 points with a game in hand. LA cannot afford to take another game off. In all honesty, it might be too little, too late.

Awful way to end a successful road trip. Back home for the Kings. They can't afford anymore nights like these last two games.

bye Richards!

justttt byeeeee!

Two ugly losses in a row to teams well ahead of them in the West.

I don't know what this team is made of, and I hope people stop thinking this is the same team as the 2012 or 2014 Kings.

Yeah I mean hindsight is 20/20. If DL trades Williams then he is probably waiving the white flag on this season but still. I expected Williams to pick it up at some point but he's been awful.
