No LA Kings forward has scored since Dwight King's early first period goal vs the Canucks on April 6. A span of 158 minutes and 47 seconds.

So I'm guessing that's a problem

Here's are scoring since the roadtrip started:
Muzzin 2
Nolan 1
King 1
Doughty 1

I guess all those goals the top six put up against the Oilers at home was all they had left.

Pretty crazy that teams like LA, San Jose and Boston will be missing the playoffs. Pittsburgh has also been slumping. Those have been some of the top teams in the NHL. Today's window to win a cup is super small, I'm glad we got to witness 2 of them. These past 3 years have been great. I just thought this team had another run in them. Guess not.

i get it, you're the rich white boy with his ipod on, with a popped collar coming out of his shirt and an education from some higher learning = you're institutionalized

i'm the poor brown guy that listens to hiphop and enjoys low brow humour = street life (or LYFE).

we really are different i agree, but i'm not stupid; i understand your indirect subtle stabs you make at me, hey if it makes you feel good do it, but don't think you're clever enough that it has gone unnoticed.

now cheers and watch the game

Just ignore him PuckChoo, he's just trying to get under your skin. I got your back friend.

It's not just no forward scoring since Vancouver, it's that no forward other than King has scored a goal on the road in Minnesota, Chicago, Vancouver, Edmonton, and so far in Calgary. Even in the Islander game, Kopitar didn't really shoot the puck for his goal, Shore had the puck bounce off him, and Toffoli scored shorthanded.

So it's been a while.

I hope you don't live in a glass house. You criticize Kopitar, the player who is about to lead the team in scoring for the 7th straight year a lot more than I criticize Richards.

Dude, 80% of your posts are about Richards, easily. And I take no joy in Kopitar's failures. I criticize him because I expect more out of him, not because I fine joy about being right about "how bad he sucks", "should have been bought out" , etc. etc.

refs will be refs. why waste bandwidth on them. Nothing u can do about it anyway

I normally would agree with you. Until the ref from the Lakers vs. Sacramento Kings playoff games in the early 2000's came out and admitted to throwing the game to LA. That's when professional sports and ref's completely changed for me.
Man, those were two blatant non calls. And we still have not got a power play.

I told you on Tuesday that you probably should avoid this evenings thread. You didn't listen. You knew what was coming. You knew the reactions that were coming as well. Don't act surprised. :naughty:

**** you you ****ing ********ing son of a donkey puncher!!!

<mutters something about Hatter being right, walks away>

;)

I'm going to enjoy watching Doughty in the 3rd. I hope the rest of the team takes note and follows the guy that is going to show a ton of heart.
