The Ducks must have energy, you'd think? This game is slow! Very easy to defend so far. The ducks won't out slow out muscle the Kings. They need it to be a track meet! Which I'll think we will see 3rd period. Complaceny with a big division lead? Perhaps. Pride? We'll see!!

Dude, this telecast makes me feel like I'm watching in an alternate reality. No wonder the casual fan gets brainwashed.its not even being a homer, it's just total delusion on the simplest plays...
Not to keep harping on it, but the three-minute 41 shift for Sekera, face off in between, and him and McNabb didn't switch sides even at that face off was ridiculous.
The ducks are steaming, they will be throwing everything but the kitchen sink at the Kings.

He'll get moved but needs a few days of practice to get him being able to play with anyone else. Or so I think.
I agree. To me he should have been allowed to play left side his first game, and mcbain plays instead of Mcnabb. But then it's only 1-0 right now, and why DS gets paid the big bucks and I ger to write **** to all you guys(gals).

Ive been ragging in everything GDT about Stoll, but every time I do someone comes on telling me how he's a defensive beast and we should sign him at a discount.
Some team will pay him and even if they dont, his usefulness to us is done.. finished.. over.. I like Stolly as a player, but not on our team anymore.

I've liked Sekera thus far. He looks like he started with some jitters, and it is clear that he is still adjusting and has very little chemistry with his teammates so far, but he's been aware, is skating well, and has made some good passes.

You just can't expect much out of him for his first game with this team. He's having to learn their system, get familiar with the guys, etc. Give the guy time

No one who's watched hockey for longer than five minutes really believes that, though. Bob and Jim are one of the most respected, long tenured announcing crews in the league.
Ducks fans hate them because they think they're supposed to because they hate the Kings or whatever, but they all know deep down that Ahlers and Hayward couldn't touch Bob and Jim on their best of days.
