Pearson drove the right side of the net and drew three Jackets with him. It won't be on the box score but TT doesn't get the shot without him

One of the things I love about Pearson, he is not afraid to do the gritty front-of-the-net work and he is really good at it.

No he's not. Haven't really noticed him today, which to me, is a good thing. Is everyone but me focussed on every little mistake he makes? The kid is 23 years old in his rookie season. He's bound to make mistakes here & there. But the mistakes he is making aren't game changing, which is a very good thing. Not every rookie d-man the Kings bring in are going to be like Doughty. Maybe some expect that, but the reality is, Doughty is a special talent, McNabb is not.

I haven't seen a Kings game in 2 weeks, and this is the first thing I've said about him all year. I also didn't say he should be even remotely like Doughty, so I don't know where that is coming from. He's fumbling and turning the puck over every time he touches it. It's not some huge tragedy, just an observation.

Sorry, but every game there's a post or 2 or 3 about how McNabb is bad, when actually he hasn't been. He's gotten better & better every game. He has become the new whipping boy, like Muzzin was his rookie season, when in actuality he's been playing very well for a rookie.
