London Knights 2024 - 25 Season Thread, Part VII

How many times has the supposed best team in the country embellished to get a call?

I don't understand why they do this. I grew up in London but started noticing during last years playoffs, saw it during this years and am seeing it now in the memorial cup.

For a team that is so good, they shouldn't be resorting to cheap tactics to win. It's f***ing embarrassing, but it's consistent.

Wow. Interference on Dickinson ?? Tsn no comment no real replay. No questioning on a possible bad call Same at the Montgomery inference penalty. Not saying the knights are perfect but cmon Ref calls very questionable

Question about the tournament schedule. Rimouski and Moncton play every other day. Medicine Hat are on their second day off. And Knights play 3 games in 4 days.

Knights being dominated on faceoffs. Constantly chasing the puck because of it.

Knights win their second game 3-1 over Rimouski

London played a tired game, but found a way to win it.

They played last night, but they back to back games all season, they shouldn't have been this tired group, perhaps they partied too late, who knows. All in all, another strong effort by the Knights to get this win.

Next, Tuesday night at 7pm against Western champions Medicine Hat. They'll need to be rested up for that one.

Who's the schedule maker? That home and home series vs Rimouski sure took a long time to play....20 years.
Great start to the tournament...rest up.
Sim returned for (at least) one shift after getting injured, and skated hard...spent the rest of the 3rd on the bench...precautionary?
Elliott has been playing well. Still don't know how he snagged that puck with the big Latvian screening him.
Barkey obviously not at 100% but still an asset. Struggled though to clear the puck out of the zone on multiple occasions. I'm knit-picking....
Well done!
As for Mac Nichol....In the 2011-12 season, he played for Guelph. He had 3 fights that season...one was against the Knights on March 9, 2012 and he went -2 in that game. What am I implying? Nothing at all. Just a fun fact.
