I honestly do not think it even matters. You or I have as good of a chance of getting as much icetime from the stands as the Knights 6 Dman in a tight game tonight.

Do you mean better than Spencer? If so, I'd probably go with Fagan. Spencer adds toughness but his d zone coverage is not as good as Fagan's.

I am not too sure who comes in, and not too sure it really matters. They will be lucky to play a shift per period especially if the game is tight.

Either will be happy to at least be on the bench!

Exactly, your team D has the depth that it wont be noticed. I am sure the minute will get eaten up by the rest of your top 5. Defensively you wont miss a beat.

OMG a top 4 D out for a game....and a top 5 F in the league.......whine, cry, repeat about how much it sucks, league hates us, ( yes im playing the role of a few western conference opponents fans) officials have a mandate ( check Nellis stats from a few years ago......false news) .........ok back to reality. SH!T happens play thru it.

In no way was I condoning Mitchell in over Spencer or Fagan.
And not because it isn't fair, but because it's the right hockey decision based on a slew of factors.

The amount that you'll see the 6D anyway I think I'd go with Spencer in case things go South and there isn't much control from the officials ( which is almost a guarantee )
For this same reason I wouldn't consider the proposal earlier in this thread inserting Hawry. Keep the big guys in there ( add Spencer due to circumstance ) get out to a lead and stay healthy.

The Rangers are looking at potentially spelling it as "fore"

Knights can't afford to make that assumption. Stomp their last glimmer of hope, and don't let up for 60 full minutes !
