Erie 9 Saginaw 5 in game 2. Love to see it. Got fiesty at the end as well. I expect the series won’t be over quickly, which is good for London. Tire yourselves out. I’d be happy to play either team, but it is nice to watch Saginaw lose that’s for sure.

Maybe the Sagnasty superstars are looking at the A to end this season or not willing to put in the work it takes to win in the POs. Pay the price n sacrifice.
It's happened with LK players and on other teams across the league in the past. Some kids look forward.
ZP seems like a player that would mail it in ( no idea abou the import) knowing there is more after this......
No idea if that's happening here.

Some kid in the marketing department (without putting any thought into it) is trying to make a name for themselves. Wearing the same colour as the away team, and going away from house of green….just dumb.

Ive bought a House of green shirt every year from day one. Not this year. I'll donate to a charity another way.
Do proceeds still go to charity as was KTs original reason for doing it? I hope so.

Probably the same for London. But an Aboflan or Van Bommel could draw in today since Owen Sound was over the top with some physical antics.


Could be wrong but looked like a couple Owen Sound players left injured in game 1? So might be some changes for them.

BMo got a 3rd man in, I thought he might be suspended. But haven’t seen anything posted on that yet.

I think the ‘third man in’ and ‘second fight during same stoppage’ and instigating a fight late in a blow out game are the types of suspensions the league allows you to pay a fine during the playoffs to ‘buyback’ the suspension.
(Atleast they have in the past)

I was wondering that as well!
I have never known which suspensions can and cannot be bought back. Hopefully that is the case and he is able to play today.

Wray is a young, gifted, first year Head Coach. We love him in Owen Sound. He has installed a great work ethic in this very young team that will only get better with time.
This is not our year, and we all know that. London has a VERY gifted team who I predict will go 16-0 this playoff. Probably top 3 London team.
We are just looking for some experience, good or bad to carry into next season.

Problem is he sending guys out to goon it up, then getting mad at the refs because his team is full of idiots leading them like Hookey and Bedkowski.

OS with a good opportunistic 2nd period. Maybe the coach got the squad going.
Let's see how London responds in the 3rd. Good opportunity to reset.
Too many penalties but you'll have games like this in the POs.Things were coming too easy thru the first 4 periods of the series and I think the push back is a good thing to face.
Full marks to OS for that 2nd.

It's all good here. OS competing n doing what they think they need to. LK has to answer it in a smart way.

Knights win second game of series 6-3 over Owen Sound

Not a great game, good enough for the team win, but again, not a great game overall

You'd think the team would have learned from the Niagara Falls loss, I guess not. No sooner the team takes a 3-0 lead, out goes their discipline. In the second period, they decided to spend their energies on bicep muscles instead of on their skating leg ones. It is fine on needed occasions, but it is not with their fists that won them the league title and put pucks in nets

This led the Attack to pick the momentum from there, and give them hopes and confidence.

In any case, a win is a win, it's on to Owen Sound now.
