Niagara took adv of ops, young tender played well and they earned the W
That hit was late and deserved the penalty. If that was Sim it would have been 5 and a game.
I agree. The Knights are a better team and without a strong effort from the Icedogs would have won. From an Icedogs fans point of view, quite a few of your players lost their cool when things didn't go their way. IMO, the knights need an attitude adjustment. Can't look past any team. I think the Knights guilty of looking past the Ice Dogs tonight.
Please, don't tell me the Ice Dogs have never lost their cool after losing a frustrating game. It's hockeyThat hit was late and deserved the penalty.

Yea that’s a dumb comment , they lose they’re cool after wins too they are teenagers they all do it move onPlease, don't tell me the Ice Dogs have never lost their cool after losing a frustrating game. It's hockey
For sure, I have no problem with Sam stepping up and going there, good on him for sticking him for himself. It just really sucked, to lose him for 17 minutes of the game (I think the instigator on him was BS though). But yes, you are right in saying Sim and Boulton fully supported Sam stepping up there. My main beef with the play, isn’t Sam sticking up for himself.Ok. I disagree. No worries. Watch the replay, Once Sam decided to go Sim supported it, if Sam didn't he would have gone.
Boulton changed on a legit line change. So I doubt in his head he thought he'd getc10 games if he engaged or he would not have been the F jumping on the change. And he also showed restraint letting Sam go. You don't have 2 players like that step back in the heat of the moment unless Sam said I got it. That was calculated and again good on Sam as he needed that and did well.
Sim let Sam take care of it himself and it was obvious Sam wanted to ( and quit honestly he needed to in that situation )
I know the organization would support a 2 game sit down to defend a teammate of necessary so I don't think the 3 fight rule made any difference.
Attack beat Rangers tonightYeah let’s face it Owen sound with a blip last night. They have been good We’ve been to ot twice with them I believe they recently beat either Kitchener or Windsor
There young but learning
Didn’t see any of the game…but based on the box score. London might have to thank Carter George for the help. Stopped 50 of 52, plus 2 more in the shootout.Attack beat Rangers tonight

This loss is not great. Need to win now in Oshawa to salvage the weekend otherwise cannot be considered a decent weekend.
Looks like Owen Sound is moving into the number one spot of the Power Rankings then?Didn’t see any of the game…but based on the box score. London might have to thank Carter George for the help. Stopped 50 of 52, plus 2 more in the shootout.
Nurmi has done absolutely nothing the past 20 games. 26 points for an import is unacceptable. If he was on the 4th line, yes then the role he has played thus far would be considered acceptable. But a 3rd line forward with this type of output is not. IMO 44 has been a disappointment this season with all the fanfare he came in with. He must step up in thr playoffs.Nurmi is not a points guy, he is a bull on the wall and corners and spectacular defensively. Unfortunately your false sense of narrative of what kind of player he is has given some Knights fans false hope.
HAHAHA...fans are just like the team. Believe me when I tell you, I WILL NEVER POST HERE AGAIN. It was just an observation from someone who doesn't care about your team and watches them once a year. Good luck

That is my whole point, the fanfare was unwarranted and was given to him by uneducated Knights fans who think we should go 68-0 every year. He is an energy player, that is all hustle and heart. That is what he was in Finland as well. Knights fans built him up to be something he is absolutely not. That is not his fault, if any Knights fans did any research themselves or listened to me at the start of the season maybe their hard-ons for Nurmi being a point producer would have been curbed.Nurmi has done absolutely nothing the past 20 games. 26 points for an import is unacceptable. Absolutely, so much more to a game of hockey than goals and assists but it is imossible to tell that to people. Although it lets me know the folks who have played beer league and the folks who have played some hockey at a decent level. If points was the only variable to judge a player by then please tell me why 80 percent of OHL scoring leaders have never made an impact at the next level...I think your expectations of a 3rd line F are F'd to say the least. But keep on stats watching lol. Who the F cares if it's an OA, import, rookie........they fit in where they first in on the TEAM.
You wanna ditch Halts as well? Since he has less than 20Gs so far as a top 6 F import lol.
Both imports will be integral parts of the TEAM come POs.
Even if stats lookers, just want to look at stats. All they have to do is look at his career stats page and see, he’s never been a big points guy. That is my whole point, the fanfare was unwarranted and was given to him by uneducated Knights fans who think we should go 68-0 every year. Dale Hunter never keeps lines together for very long, it’s the way he’s always coached. I don’t think we need to be questioning the coaching decisions of Dale, he’s won a couple games in this league.Team seems to be confused as to who should play with who. If a line combination clicks (for example Barkey-O’Rielly-Montgomery) they break them up and spread them around and weaken each players contribution thereafter. The ingredients are there to have a great team they just have to perfect the recipe. (and fix the struggling PP)
