How is it determined for the Memorial Cup if Saginaw is not in the final or if they are? Who becomes home team and away team?

The first place team through the memorial cup round robin gets a bye to the final and is the "home" team for the final. May or may not be Saginaw.

I think there is stipulation cause that requires you to hang the flag upside down... within city limits of course.
