Could see Brzus return to D or perhaps Fagan gets called up.
1.Dickinson 2.George 3.Edward 4.Woolley, 5.Jencken 6.Brzus??, 7. Fagan???
This defensive core has gotten young all of a sudden, if Brzus is moved back I am guessing they'll probably to take one of the new comers to take his place up front. Don't know a whole lot about Fagan but the little I've heard seems possitive

Simpson starts (Medvedev backup).
Brzus listed as D (at least to start the game, can always use him up front at some point with Fagan being called up.

All they need is a centerman good at winning the majority of his face-offs, bring him back to the banch and replace him with a top six center. They need to win face-offs. The way this game is played nor days, puck possession is so ever important now, not like it used to be.
1000%. I have been saying this since the first game against the Pete's where they were dominant on the dot especially one guy in particular....can't remember his name. Buy, another guy that can bury the puck would be great.....McCue can't score them all. 😉

Have to give props to Boulton at the end there though, stupid play by the Sting goalie and he stood up for his teammate and then stood his ground and won a fight against a much bigger OA. I know the Boultons get criticism on here, but Ryder is only 16 and has lots of room to grow, on top of doing things like this to help his teammates out, those guys are well liked in the room and help a team stay together.

WTF ! If Chartier gets the interference probably no fighting or bullshit happens. I don't have a clue why interference wasn't called. I came home and watched replay and it was a no-brainer to call a penalty. McCue and Dickenson are showing they are leaders as is Ruslan. Man 9 games straight with goals is in elite group tied with Jared Knight and Patrick Kane has 13 game in a row scoring 25 in that span

Now does 39 get a suspension and for how long for the GM Misc-Physical Abuse of Official CAT II? If Sawyer hadn’t been suspended and will be for the next Sting game also, he probably would have gone straight at Chartier  Love them or hate them they are there for a reason and they play their role.

They did give Chartier an interference penalty, I do think though, they could have done a better job of getting in there quicker to prevent all the shenanigans from happening.

Wow what a game. 5 full face shields in our lineup, I think is a record. Never seen that many at once. Max McCue should have the C on his jersey, end of story. Why isn’t a Captain named yet, kind of ridiculous. Chartier is one of those goalies I cannot stand. He’s all about the Pageantry - he does a big look back to his net from the bench and try’s to put on a show. Hey kid, scoreboard, you let in 5. Focus on that. And for what he did he should have got his clock cleaned. Ah well, another back up with a temper. A few in this league.
Dickinson is a beast. Been my favourite since arriving and continues to impress. The boys tried to get him that 3rd goal too. Love he stepped in to defend 86. Sarnias player only called him on AFTER the ref got in between him.
The Boultons: they aren’t going anywhere. Before they showed up this team lacked toughness. They absolutely serve a purpose and free up space for the skill players. Not everyone can be a finesse player.
Team is looking good.

McCue showed in the last 10 games how good a player he can be and it has been very impressive. Unfortunately he can let his temper get the better of him like tonight and he will pay a heavy price. Hope he learns from it and comes back and is again the hockey player he has shown he can be.

So it appears we have lost McCue for "no less than 10 games", however it's not yet carved in stone as it will be reviewed by the Commissioner as per rule 40.5, and could be subject to revision (e. g. category revised which may carry a lighter sentence).
TBD....

Edit: IF the suspension ends up being 10 games, McCue will return January 27 @ Erie.

What did mccue do now? The coaching staff needs to crack down on the dumb penalties as we are getting more suspensions. And players need to learn to control their emotions

That whole end of the game situation is a masterclass in how much of a 💩 show OHL officiating is.
None of that situation should have happend and considering the circumstance around it I'm ok with how the guys on the ice handled it. Suspensions in January when you stand up for yourself against inferior competition set the table for a united team in April and May when it matters.
Sarnia was Sarniaing last night and the officiating crew poured gas on it instead of extinguishing.
