Who draws in now that we are down Sim and Lawerance?

Maybe Brendan Gerber? I know he was practicing with the knights

Anyone have footage of Sims charging penalty? There was something that occurred on that play I would like to clarify. Hope Someone has the video.

Can’t lose your composure.
How to, when the men in control of the game loses control of that game?

That is true, in the hip of action in a very important game, and the unfairness tripples that of your opponent, how, how to get teenagers to hold their cools up, it just boiled over. You get the odd game sometime when the refs themselves are having a bad game and the calls at different moments of the game don't go your way, but for the duration of the whole game and the series, you just lose that composure, it's no longer controllable because the controlers are missing in action

From yesterday.
LK needs to win more FOs
Need to hit the net when ya have a quality opportunity
Need to get back to being aggressive on the PK ( saginaws talent has them playing more passively than all year......gotta find a better balance and get closer to how you played it all year)
Be harder on pucks.
Be better transitioning on turnovers and attacking with speed.
Dump ins need to be better to allow the forecheck to go to work when ya don't gain the zone easily.
Credit to Saginaw, they have definitely caused some of the issues above.
Don't leap into the goalie when pushed :)
McC needs to stop the dramatics, if they were working sure I get it ( even thou I'm not a fan)
I never blame refs for losses but I also can't say that was the best officiated game I've seen lol.

I agree with this. Knew the penalty fest would cost London at some point this season. This seems to be one of the more immature teams I’ve see in London the past 25 years. That’s saying a lot considering I saw McMorrow, Bois, Perry, Logan Hunter (RIP), Steadman, Schremp, Foreman, etc pull various antics in the past.
Schremp should have received 15 games for his actions in Peterborough in 2006 when the Petes swept London in the OHL finals.

I posted this in the Saginaw post as well.

The more I see of what goes on the more I believe that the majority of players flat out don't know how to deliver a legal legitimite hit. The league and coaching has gone out of their way to make contact a thing of the past. So retribution is now in the form of ungainly attemps at contact and the need to bring the stick into play. 80% of OHL players will have their heads taken off at the next level with the body contact they will be subjected to... and they won't be prepared for it.

Can you image the suspensions if the Hunters didn't have the OHL officials on their side. Wow good thing they pay off the league. It is what it is I would expect London still comes out hitting hard to let Sag know they ae there....

At some point in that game last night, Dale needed to take greater control of his bench imo. Probably not his nature but he needed to calm his team down a bit as they were still in the game at the start of the third and had shown some better play in the Saginaw end late in the second especially a couple of shifts of Gaz, Van Gorp and Nichol.

The Knights frustration with the officiating was justified but the vets needed to bear down in their play rather than lose it which then "infected" their bench.

Hopefully they can regroup, concentrate on winning more faceoffs, using their speed to their advantage and being patient to wait for some breaks. You have to think the league saw what a s**t show the officiating was last night and will get their best team in there.

In my mind, having the league's director of officiating with a kid on the team hosting the Memorial Cup is problematic regardless of whether he is or is not calling the shots during the playoffs.

They just called up a guy by the name of Bawyer Soulton, I heard he plays physical.
I hear he is somewhat prone to suspensions

Enough with the Hache stuff lol. WTF are they suppose to do? Fire the dad or make the kid play in another league circumventing the CHL rules?
Offer a solution or the whinning is just sour grapes.
I'm curious to those complaining what the answer is.....limit OHL personnel to only people with no kids playing hockey?
Seriously would love to here those painting fingers to come up with a solution that isn't contradictory to HR and ESA guidelines. Here is your chance......

Officiating is inconsistent as well as discipline and its understandable homer fans get pissed regardless of what side of the fence you lay your chair. And if your a former media person it's a crutch n conspiracy lol.

BUT MLB is a joke, NBA is brutal, NHL is less than to be desired, the NFL isn't close to perfect and I won't even go to pro soccer in NA. It is what it is play thru it or don't. LK let the Spirit n Refs get in their heads, they responded in a way that didn't help mitigate the issue but rather inflamed it.

Just 1 game, but Hunter needs to get them focused and I expect thats the convo today n tomorrow. It happens.

2 chances to close the door. Take the op n run with it.
Love to see Barkey n Cowan go off offensively.......and I'll guess McC leads in a different way Sunday after a meeting with staff. ( I'm wondering if he is struggling physically.....based on play n body language...regardless the answer isn't what he did Friday night. )

Just watched the game again with benefit of stop, slo mo n repeat instead of live.
Some of Saginaw players are grinning quit large at the LK responses and LK let it get to them.
There are other ways to wipe thr grin off the opponents face. I'd honestly play it if LK staff. Give em the they are looking for help speech, they obviously aren't confident to take n seize the op, they will look to stripes to help. Now go play your game, leave the crap out n you will be fine and have the last laugh.
Lost the mental battle game 5, but if they choose its only 1 game and they have 2 shots to advance.
If not season ends early no doubt.
