Well makes total sense when one goalie has a .943 save percentage and one has an atrocious .846 save percentage.I'm just saying that Brochu gave us a chance to win this series, Bowen does not... that's my opinion.

Not brow beating. Criticizing. There's a difference. He's a good kid. He's a good goalie. He's been put into a non-ideal situation through no fault of his own. At this moment he just doesn't instill any confidence that he can make that stop that keeps us in the game. Is he an OHL caliber goalie? Yes. Is he an OHL caliber starting goalie? That remains to be seen. 2 bad games do not a career make. However in a short series we just can't affords below average goaltending which is what we have received these two games in Sarnia.I'm done....stroke yourselves boys while brow beating an 18 yr old kid. Does it feel good?
The kid got zero praise from some posters here the entire season. I'm not buying the criticism card. Contrary to popular belief...the kids see what's written about them. At a time when #31 needs everyone in green behind him some of you choose to just shit on the kid. Hope it feels good is all I am sayingNot brow beating. Criticizing. There's a difference.
No one says you have to. You've been his advocate all season and I get that. Unfortunately his deficiencies have been magnified the last two games. The kid got zero praise from some posters here the entire season. I'm not buying the criticism card. I was also an advocate for Steve Mason when only me and Otto believed in the kid. I said Parsons would win us the Memorial Cup when most were comfortable with him as a career back up. I've been wrong before too...but I see something in BowenNo one says you have to. You've been his advocate all season and I get that. U fortunately his deficiencies have been magnified the last two games.
it always implodes when you're here ;o)You know things are going south when the board is imploding
Let's hope so. I like the kid. Good person. Hope he gets the opportunity next season. But I wouldn't say no to Simpson.I was also an advocate for Steve Mason when only me and Otto believed in the kid. Not really, it's just some don't like different opinions and so they shut debate downI was also an advocate for Steve Mason when only me and Otto believed in the kid. Geeez man relax!I'm done....stroke yourselves boys while brow beating an 18 yr old kid. Does it feel good?
again...differing opinions are welcomed. Your insight lacks any real factual input. There's a differenceNot really, it's just some don't like different opinions and so they shut debate down
There's more to the Jordan Kooy story than 95% of the posters here will ever knowGeeez man relax!
Maybe we were wrong about Zack Bowen and that’s okay. Let me tell you a story about a man named Jordan Kooy. In his rookie year he also came on hot and gave us hope and had “potential” to be the next starter for the Knights for years. Dubbed as the best tandem in the league as well as we had Parsons and Kooy,
The next year he could never beat out Raaymakers for the starting role as he was not starter calibre. It was recognized 3 seasons in and was traded to albeit Sarnia.
The end.
Who said he would be? Why do you find the need to make fictional statements that were never uttered in order to feed your agenda?Bowen won't be a Parsons or even a brochu.
No not his fault. But...would not have been in that position if not for the play of....That empty netter was Bowen's fault...shoulda thrown his stick from the bench
The point is he will most likely be traded. He isn't good enough to be a starter. That's a fact. His 846 save percentage backs that upWho said he would be? Why do you find the need to make fictional comparisons in order to feed your agenda?
It was rainy today in Guelph.... f*cking Bowen...I can't wait until next season when Bowen rings off 10 to 12 wins in a row and is still not an OHL caliber goalie
I'm just saying that Brochu gave us a chance to win this series, Bowen does not... that's my opinion.
and what credentials do you possess to make that final evaluation? The point is he will most likely be traded. He isn't good enough to be a starter. That's a fact. His 846 save percentage backs that up
I dont need credentials to know his save percentage has been less than steller this season. But don't let that stop you from not wanting to improve the goaliesand what credentials do you possess to make that final evaluation?
remember...you also stated this team wouldn't win 15 games this season...you don't have a stellar track record for seeing the future
.821 Save% tonight. But apparently that stat is meaningless. So how about 5.00 GAA in 2 games? The point is he will most likely be traded. He isn't good enough to be a starter. That's a fact. His 846 save percentage backs that up
