I don't see the need to acquire 4 forwards of that talent level. Who plays third line minutes? I would have thought a defenseman acquisition would have made the top 5

PP31 did have Daws in his wish list which if he plays like he has this season takes care of the Defence.

Petes and 67 look good however posted some numbers on another thread and they did not like it. 44% of 67's points have come from games against teams with a combined winning percentage of .259! Easiest sched by far in the league. Someone also noted league high 7 OT or shoot out wins so far.

Petes 33% of points have come from games against teams with combined .276 win percentage.

West is not done - someone just has to decide to go for it. East is not that far ahead. If Knights are not in, why an OA goalie?

While your list is impressive, scary to boot,other then picks,and I am not trying to be smart,7 players all young have a combined total of 11 points,3D,4F,toss in what I feel are 5 under achieving forwards,Guskov, Dunkley,Nelson,Tymkin,and Moskal
it wont be easy making deals because teams will want players plus picks in most deals.
What could work is London could one of a few going for it.
Downside is many may want to dump players,selling market not so much buyers imo.
Also wanted to mention Stranges,saw him here in Windsor a couple of weeks ago,gotta say his performance was pedestrian at best,more impressive were Evangelista and to a lesser extent Luke Mailloux.
Though I must say was impressed that day with Gustov and Brochu.
When Stranges is more impressive in the warmup that's a problem.

IMO Ottawa wins the OHL title this year.
Just a notch better than the rest.
Very balanced,fast,skilled and they are upgrading for a bit of grit.

This is the same thing everyone said last year until the trade deadline. Guelph bought big and the rest is history.

I'd be down for a deal centred around Daws and Gogolev for Evangelista, Panwar (change if scenery and hope it sparks something) and picks. Guelph would have to go goalie shopping I'd that were thr case but neither Brochu or Myskiw make sense here.

The import draft is run by agents. I’m sure the knights hands were tied as they committed to Gus.

Some one mentioned earlier and I agree we need one or two (acquisitions) to be 2 year players. This team is still hurting from Marks time in Toronto as Assistant GM, the recent drafts have been horrible for the most part? Not typical Knights drafts, last year improved a little but we need this year to be a Homerun or we are going to witness something in London we haven’t seen for a long time. PAIN.... LOL

Mark was always involved in every LK draft, don't kid yourself.
And they have had poor drafts with Mark at the helm over the last 20 years.
They have lost some big time "scouts" and "hockey people" over the years thou.
The best move on n up. It gets increasingly tough to replace those people.

Why not.

Add as many play makers as you can and run n gun.
D and goaltending philosophy would be so much more expensive to add to get over the hump due to availibiliy n cost.
