Lomberg came up in our organization, the love was already there. Dude worked his way us from the ECHL to the NHL with us, and took a suspension for jumping Dumba after he rocked our future captain (Backlund). But recently more stories of Lomberg have come out, regarding his friendship with Costco (Justin Kirkland), and how Costco got married during Covid and Lomberg did everything, from videographer (so her family in the UK could watch), to best man to maid of honor.... he may have even been the officiant lol
Yes, I know he came up in Calgary organization. He’s an instant fan favorite with the effort he brings. Never have heard a bad word about him from any who have met him.
Paul Cotter was checked by another flame and Lomberg was going in for a additional hit but Cotter was already on his way down so Lomberg hit the boards and lost his balance and fell on Cotters head with his ass pretty hard.
