Is it though? I think he'd get exhausted if he did that.
Tired is only a state of mind

Has there been an update on Forsberg’s injury?Call me crazy but I think they should play either Forsberg or whoever's available the first nights of the back to backs. So 3 in total. Play Ullmark in the games where we'll need him to stand on his head in the 3rd.
Can we hope it's long term? Or is that being greedy?Has there been an update on Forsberg’s injury?
Not sure, guess depends if you think Leevi is better or not.Can we hope it's long term? Or is that being greedy?
You know what...after the Islander game I'd be quite content never seeing Forsberg where the jersey againNot sure, guess depends if you think Leevi is better or not.
I think it is bad enough that it is worth flinging some other shit against the wall for a bit at least. Not sure, guess depends if you think Leevi is better or not.
Ya that sucked,You know what...after the Islander game I'd be quite content never seeing Forsberg where the jersey again
Let's hope Ullmark stays healthy. Maybe we should have a mantra or something that we all say every day at least once a day
Excellent choice of wordsI got one:
“good morning”
Excellent choice of words
Maybe just "good" and we can leave the part of the day out of it
I always enjoy his interviews, never cookie-cutter answers. Such a breathe of fresh air. Would like to see fans at CTC start chanting his name, either Leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeenus or Ullllllllllllllllllllllllmark .This was great. He also made a point to say they can’t get too high off the wins because what happens when you start to win is that other teams notice and play you harder, so you have to be ready to elevate.
It’s nice to have this kind of perspective from a guy that is also one of your best players.
Korpi gave me a ton of confidence, in betting the over.Korpisalo doesn’t give me confidence.
I'd have the backup also play the Wild and St. Louis games as they're also both the second game of a B2B. That means Ullmark would play 6 of the 9. But will it be Forsberg this weekend? Did he travel with the team?So how many games should Ullmark play in the 9 game road trip?
Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, and Seattle are 6 points apart in the standings right now so there's no real mismatch. Personally I'd have Forseberg play Edmonton (since its the second half of a back to back) and have Ullmark play the rest.
I thought they did last game? Maybe I was hearing things.I always enjoy his interviews, never cookie-cutter answers. Such a breathe of fresh air. Would like to see fans at CTC start chanting his name, either Leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeenus or Ullllllllllllllllllllllllmark .
No Forsberg stayed home for the 1st part of the road swing.I'd have the backup also play the Wild and St. Louis games as they're also both the second game of a B2B. That means Ullmark would play 6 of the 9. But will it be Forsberg this weekend? Did he travel with the team?
I'd go with Ullmark in the first game. If he gets slammed - go with the backup for the second game. If he does well then you have a choice to go with the hot hand.Call me crazy but I think they should play either Forsberg or whoever's available the first nights of the back to backs. So 3 in total. The fans did start that chant...twice at the last home game. It was goose bump material being there.I always enjoy his interviews, never cookie-cutter answers. Such a breathe of fresh air. It makes me appreciate Craig Anderson even more. We were lucky to have had such steady goaltending for 8 years. And now good goaltending is back! Welcome to your Ullmark years!
He's also third all-time in SV% in the playoffs (>20GP):On top of that all the nonsense he had to deal with - remember Lehner came in and said he was hunting Andy, Hamburglar, Melnyck, so many coaches, having that pressure on you every night, no rizpek, the team he was playing for sucked, the GM was a moron.
Andy was great athletically - but everyone left except for him and he still thrived in a completely unhealthy environment, so even more impressive when you pan out
