I'm super curious as to where Andrew Cristall goes.

Could see him go around 20, however from what I'm reading, some scouts think he's a 3rd rounder....

Michkov and Benson are the obvious ones, but Gulyayev is one to keep an eye on.

He’s skilled no doubt, but he’s as small framed as it gets. Teams will want to see his calf, ankle, wrist and a few other measurements, to try and determine if he’ll ever be able to gain the strength he’ll need to play in the NHL.

He's already freefalling down last minute rankings
Seems like it wich is a bit weird since no hockey has been played recently

Several source seems to be flat out worried he just doesnt like playing hockey

I have four rankings that I put together in a combined. Average ranking:

Edouard Sale 23.5
Braden Yager 21
Callum Ritchie 19.5
Colby Barlow 15.5
Dmitri Simashev 18.25
Quentin Musty 22.5
Samuel Honzek 19

Here are the more consensus guys in the top 13:

Bedard
Fantilli
Carlsson
Michkov
Smith
Benson
Leonard
Reinbacher
Sandin Pelikka
Gabriel Perreault
Dvorsky
Wood
Moore

I doubt it. Some might argue he wouldn't be in the Top 10.

Where do you think he would go in 2023?
Bedard
Fantilli
Carlsson
Smith
Michkov
Leonard/Slafkovsky/Wright
Cooley
Nemec/Jiricek
Benson

Thats how, I would place them following what we knew at the time of each draft (not what we know about them now).

These are guys who come to mind who fell from top spots at various points of the season and it meant nothing. They all passed over busts taken ahead of them and are NHL regulars to this day. Chychrun was the most egregious. He had such a good year for Sarnia then the media started some BS about the CHL TPG and a game where Max Jones walking him (twice I think). Dumbest shit ever. You could add Fox going in R3 too because teams were “scared” but he was elite that year. Nobody but Mauro and I had him as a first rounder IIRC.

Chychrun
Barzal
Sprong
Kylington
Liljegren
Kostin
Tolvanen
Debrincat
Kaliyev

Relative to Bob's list, I think Perreault (10th) and ASP (14th) might fall a ways. Smith (4th) might slip a few spots.

I'm looking for the difference between "this guy is going to score and play" and "I need this guy on my team".

I don’t know if I’d call these “fallers” per se but I see a lot of people having offensive CHL d-men like Morin/Cagnoni in the 30-50 range, and I’m expecting one or both to fall to the 3rd round a la Ty Nelson.
