I thought the defense was actually decent considering the opponent. <3 xg at 5v5. The one goal they scored was just MacKinnon going off.

We actually played a pretty good game. Never got ran over for the first 35 minutes, but struggled to create real scoring chances; then came out at full throttle in the 3rd.

Setting aside a complete blow up, in the offseason they need to

(1) move Trouba and Goodrow
(2) keep Kakko and
(3) find a young stud center

Then if Chytil comes back you have options.
