Loaned to the SHL today.
Better than not playing I suppose.
How can he play there? From what I've read he has the worst foot injury in league history.

Jokes aside, it's good for the franchise if he can build back some trade value. Put him back in Puljujarvi territory.
To be fair from 2006-2017 we only made 7 first round picks. Kreider, Skjei, JT Miller were all solid picks. You never know what would have happened with Cherapanov. Sanguinetti, Del Zotto, McIlrath, Andersson bad picks, but the former were latter half of the first round picks + Del Zotto carved out a career for himself
This time I'm not really joking. We were led to believe he has some severe injury to both feet that he can't even put on skates and has to see a specialist but now he's magically good to go again two weeks after that information came out?

We don't know when the injury occured, so I don't know where you're deriving a recovery timeline from. And we know he's been skating with specialized skates for at least a week, he may still be injured, but well enough to start playing again.
If you're being serious, where is this "worst foot injury in league history" coming from?

That is what is known as an exaggeration or hyperbole. He complained about having a severe foot injury, ran crying home, and then proceeded to start cryptically bashing the organization. Now two weeks later this severe foot injury is no more and he's good to go. At the most he will have missed 4-6 weeks (assuming he actually is good to go now that he's on a team) which is hardly some debilitating injury that nobody has ever dealt with before. Coincidentally all of this occurred after he played poorly in two leagues this year. His trade value is almost nothing and should remain that way regardless of how he does in Sweden considering everyone already knows he can perform well in lower tier leagues - he's done it before.

Yes, but... he also showed that feet are overrated. That guy killed his wife and never set a foot in prison
Lias Baggins? Any one up for pre-dinner? Maybe a pipe? One small step for man. One, giant step for Andersson.

This was obviously where this was going to end up from the beginning of this whole saga

Hopefully this is a step in the right direction towards resolving this whole situation, either through trade or him whatever.
It's a bit misleading to hyperbolize, say it's a serious take, and then hyperbolize further...

[/QUOTEthere’s been a hobbit on the Rangers before. Management knows how to handle them.![]()
