Finished the latest seasons of Ozarks and Better Call Saul. Really liked both. Really looking forward to the final season of Better Call Saul next year, so many interesting characters.

On to the final season of The Americans, after that will be the final season of Homeland.

You're on an all-quality path. Four of the best shows I've been enjoying a whole lot in the longest time.

I've started rewatching The Sopranos, I'm at S2 and am somewhat rediscovering it after so many years.

After that, I might re-attempt The Wire and then re-watch Ozark from the top.

I find it easy to re-watch something I really like. I know not everyone likes to do that but there are usually a lot of details you discover on a second go-round.

Anyway, you have great taste when it comes to your current selection of shows. You just can't go wrong.

I've made a couple of attempts to watch The Wire in the past and both times I lost interest and gave up after 7 or 8 episodes of season 1. I usually go for these types of TV shows but for some reason this show didn't really appeal to me. May try again sometime in the future since it's usually near the top of many lists for all time great TV series.

Anyway I just finished a re-watch of Billions before season 5 starts on May 3rd. Great show. I'm gonna start season 6 of Bosch tonight and then give The Outsider a look I think.

Jaime Hector, who plays Jerry Edgar in Bosch, plays an incredible drug kingpin starting in S3 of the Wire. First 2 seasons are really good but it picks up when Hector joins the game.

Watching Bosch right now. Just love the series and the author, what can I say.

Started watching the Hunters...eeesh. Not for me.

Loved the two first episodes of the Michael Jordan documentary. Fun fact : Ray Lalonde makes a cameo in one of them.

You gave up on The Wire after the 8th or 9th episode -- well, you went farther than I did in my attempts. I found it too boring and couldn't care less who lived and died. Just found the characters completely unappealing and unrelatable.

What's the story with Bosch -- how much did you enjoy the first 5 seasons?

He was pimping the documentary and his appearance in it this week on AC.

I've done the first couple of episodes of After Life with Ricky Gervais. Not really feeling it.

As I said with Fleabag, these comedies with sad underachieving protagonists calling out the absurdity of normies around them seem like they have been done. Louie, first two seasons of Baskets and Master of None all did it well.

How could you not like this show but like Homeland? I've tried watching it 4-5 times, never finished the first season.

It's such typical American J.I Joe, CIA generic nonsense you can find in their movies and shows lol

I liked the principal character and how she tried to overcome her constant struggles with mental illness. I was fascinated by that above all else and how it consumed her. The CIA stuff has been done before, I agree, but that’s not why I watched. The acting was pretty compelling by the other main characters.

Muhahaha! This guy...he's desperate for coverage.

As for Bosch, I agree with crtics who say it's a 'dad series'. So what! I just love the character. And I want his house!

I've read all Bosch books. Started in the early 2000's. I loved Connelly's style. Maybe because he was an ex-crime scene reporter? Maybe I related to him.

I was a big, big fan of Henning Mankiel's polars too.

I think Bosch is my favorite detective series. As a side note, it's refreshing to see a detective that isn't a full blown drunk or otherwise a mess. AND the house, I don't really admire a city sky line or things like that, but that's a nice house.

American Gods, anyone? Interesting concept, never a dull moment, good humor at times too. Finished re-watching season 1, onto season 2.
Devs is a mixed bag, starts off good, becomes a bit of a cliché towards the end, could have used better acting.
Finished season 2 of Preacher, I'll take a break before getting back to it.
Picard is one of my favorite in the Star Trek series. Different feel to it.
Snowfall doesn't disappoint either.

Saw Stakeout with Richard Dreyfuss, old movie but his best comedic role.

Missed that one, saw it got good reviews, like Dreyfuss. Well, that can be corrected. I am planning to do the laundry at 01:00 AM to make sure I am alone and if someone has the same idea I will start coughing, that should do it. That leaves some time (I am probably done about 3:30) to kill.

Love how gilligan and gould just make amazing characters out of the blue. Lalo and ignacio were just filler names in an episode in breaking bad. Now they are 2 of my favourite characters in BCS. Kim is awesome too. Hard to make a show where you know what happens ahead of time but vince and peter are doing a great job keeping up the suspense.

I enjoy re-watching stuff too, even re-reading books. I have probably read Rendezvous with Rama at least 3 times, it is one of the best Sci Fi books ever written, it's easy and fast to read and it leaves you with that special Sci Fi feeling, that Sci Fi together with philosophy can bring, the sense of wonder and what our place in the universe is and what it will be in the future.

Yes I think it warrants to be seen, some very funny moments and Madeline Stowe in this role is quite fetching.
