Always an interesting dynamic. When everyone takes a little less off the top on their contracts it allows the players around them to be just a little better. And it seems like we are full in on that mindset right now

I don't think the main story is about what the Borg would/ should pay, I think it's about what the players would accept. Gotta think most could have gotten more on the open market, fair value or not.

The desire for players to come back at a discount is a really positive sign of where the organization is right now imo.
