Man I don't know how many would have pegged getting those 4 back at about 2/3 the total cap hit of last year

Given their ages, I would have expected this result...paying anything more than about 2/3 would have been incompetent

I don't think the main story is about what the Borg would/ should pay, I think it's about what the players would accept. Gotta think most could have gotten more on the open market, fair value or not.

The desire for players to come back at a discount is a really positive sign of where the organization is right now imo.

Assuming we aren't extending Pesce, all that sounds good to me. I'd be very happy.
i got a running excel sheet. we have 13.92 million left in space with Drury, TDA, and our recent signees.

hopefully i am right on that.
Yeah, we already had a lot of cap space before the extensions, but now?

Our front office better use this all money for some good new guys.
