I mean he was even willing to take, and lose his first face-off of the season to imitate his idol.

I honestly don’t know why people got so mad about that.

Someone posting about his faceoffs after he just finished scoring his 14th point in five games is earnestly one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen on these boards.

I didn’t obsessively check the score this time and now I find out afterwards that he had a 3 point game with his first goal in 6 games.

Obviously Lenni’s cold streak was related to me checking the score during his games.

I apologize and will stop jinxing his scoring in the future.

The important part is that you have realized it was entirely your fault

I don't think that was a devils fan, so whatever..

The games yesterday and today were a big ol' struggle for the whole team overall. Lenni with a couple of looks, but didn't get it going either. Two more games next week and then a 10 day break. During that hopefully things are done to the current absolutely dreadful pp which is just stagnant with some onetimers from far out even on minutes of late 6v3's.

Lenni tracking just below 1st line caliber when it comes to NHLe

Casey’s chart is basically going straight up. The chart thinks he’s already playing like a top pairing defenseman who is 23 years old.

NHLe definitely gets wacky but it’s still a little nuts. A bunch of the Michigan guys must look crazy using NHLe standards.

Yeah you have to imagine it’ll flatten out as the season goes on but 14 pts in 8 games for a 19 year old NCAA D is pretty f***ing crazy. Even if he ends like PPG on the season it’s comparable to what guys like Power, Werenski, Fox, Quinn did in their sophomore seasons. He's a f***ing stud

"Hämeenaho is a really great player, and he could very well be with us in one of our Euro Hockey Tour - tournaments" - Finnish national team head coach Jukka Jalonen

"We are aware of how good of a player we are talking about, but now he is automatically with the U20 squad, with that tournament up ahead. Only exceptions with this have been when Miro Heiskanen and Eeli Tolvanen were in this tournament. Then the exception was made because it was an Olympic year. If that kind of a situation was at hand, we could've looked at things a bit differently" - Finnish national team GM Jere Lehtinen

(Talking about his next chance being in the EHT tournament in February)

"But then we have to take into account how much he's been playing at that point. The U20 tournament is still a month long grind and they play tough games there. After that there can come a moment when the balloon loses some air. We'll have to see if he's ready then to come with us, and what the situation is with health and also Ässät. He is the kind of player who could play these men's international games. No two words about it." - Jukka Jalonen

"An interesting guy, we'll see how his games go in the future." - Jere Lehtinen

Did today's game already happen? The website I guess isn't updated?

Game starts at 6:30pm local time (2h from now), which is always the time during weekdays. During weekends generally at 5pm, sometimes 6:30pm, and a few times at either 3pm or 4pm.

Though the website does also have issues when it comes to updates every now and then.*

edit. Yeah have to take into account daylight savings now between last Sunday of Oct and 1st Sunday of November, & then between 2nd and last Sunday of March, sorry.

edit*. Way too often (like now) would be a better way to put it.

It’s a 12:30 game over here today but there’s been a ton of the games on at 11:30 here so it definitely doesn’t seem like todays start time is always when it is

Edit: Figured it was daylight savings time related. Finns changed the clock a few days ago
