The standings DO NOT MATTER. Points DO NOT MATTER. The Rangers are the WORST team in the NHL one year away from winning the President's trophy. Many saw it coming. Many such cases.

Nobody saw it coming. There is something else going on here outside of just skill level of these players

That was pretty bloody dreadful and the team is very much in free-fall. Trouba probably glad he got out when he did!
No effort and no pushback from a large % of the roster. Lavi keeps going to his guys and they just aren't/can't get things done.

There's no quick fix unfortunately, but we could start by rewarding those who are playing 'the right way' and bunching some of those how are maybe a little to comfortable right now.
