Might be because he knows he's not returning, but that's just speculation on my part. He seemed rather flippant of the way the team bowed out. I guess I would be too if I knew I was no longer wanted by my employer. Based on his performance the past couple of seasons, it would make sense for the organization to phase him out because the inevitable outcome is approaching.

I'd be shocked if Dustin Brown is still a King by training camp.

A part of me wants Brown to get traded just because his wife was so smug about his 7 year contract and rubbing it in around the other hockey wives/girlfriends.
