We’re a middle of the pack team right now - not too bad not too good.

its likely we go into the playoffs as the underdog but that might be good tor this group.

Last year at this time it was already a done deal who we would play. Perhaps some adversity second half might round us into a better form. Some of these guys are going to find the net too, the process isn't bad right now.

The 3rd line was dangerous and Scoring but Keefe decided he knew better and broke them up then benched Robertson

Now the depth Scoring disappeared so he goes back to it and they score straight away

Keefe singing his praises post game, says he just keeps getting better and better and it's his consistency that's so impressive. I don't see why he can't replace Brodie with the heavy d minutes. if he keeps it up. He's gaining more confidence with his first pass, never finds trouble, clean and simple. I love this guy so far.

Matthews and Marner had jump tonight. Knies was grinding. Robertson has to play more. Likewise Benoit. Sammy wasn’t swimming past the post, best game of the season from him.

Need more from Bertuzzi, Domi, and Tavares offensively. The concerning part is that Bertuzzi was really trying. Really poor game from Liljegren.

Even though I have not follow Domi in his career but he always play his best with good IQ offensive players that knows where to go. I won't be surprise to see Domi with AM and MM some time in this season, if someone can take the 3C spot or 2C spot and demote JT to 3C.

I thought Robertson made a couple of good plays in his own end to get the puck out when pressured or too relieve heavy pressure. Looks like he got the memo to be a little stronger in his own end. That said, there's no good reason for Robertson to be continually up in the press box. Lastly, Domi and Robertson work very well together. I'd like to see that combo given a few games; like 5 minimum just so they can really get to know each other.

Mitch Marner looks alot more like himself this week and Samsonov had his best game of the year tonight. The defense still sucks outside of Rielly and McCabe, but you take the positives wherever you can get em.

He still took his hits and made plays broke up plays at the blue line and blocced shots he plays a real solid game guess he’s young with confidence issues maybe he’s not Robertson angry mane that’s the difference I say give timmins some runway as well gio looks every bit his age
