I saw the same thing that Berube seemed to see, a tired leaf team at the end of the Boston game (plus the travel time). He gives them the day off and they reward him with a dominant 1st Period.

Bad timing for the Jets and their streak as the Leafs came off of games against heavier teams, so they came in with a higher bar of forechecking.

JTs line drove this game.

They need to fix their special teams. It's been too long a period of deficiency. If their PK and PP are strong, they win this game going away.

True, but the Leafs cannot put themselves into positions such as they did. Holmberg and Nylander, two calls that were iffy, but neither player was responsible in their acts.
