Smooches you big ManateeSo obviously they are a better team without him
That pace would be 51 wins in a season. They are not better, but not really worse. Record wise that is.So obviously they are a better team without him
You’ll get a different answer around here, depending on who you talk to. Likely won’t resign until after the playoffs. I think the only thing close to a general consensus is that this all looks promising but we need to see it in the post season, too. I think the magic number to sign him will be ~13 biggies. There’s also a Mitch Marner thread that’s all over the place, but still worth checking out.Hey leafs fans, just a quick question from a guy at West.
I don’t watch many Toronto games, I know all about the Marner drama in the off-season, I’m just wondering what’s the perception right now in the city of Toronto with that entire situation?
Also, with his unbelievable start to the season, has there been any new reports that he might sign long-term?
Basically, I just want the scoop on what’s going on with Toronto and Marner lol
Also, what’s everybody’s opinion on what they should do?
Thanks
We want a Petey and Hughes for MM and Reilly trade, lol.Hey leafs fans, just a quick question from a guy at West.

I don’t think this is even close toI was at the game.
Great atmosphere in that barn.
Probably 40% Leaf fans.
Mitch’s best game this year.
I thought he and Tavares were strong.
4th line was good.
McMann was decent
Tanev, OEL, McCabe and Benoit were positives.
Woll made 3-4 really good stops
Knies looked off tonight for me.
Domi is NOT a canter - has no what to do in D zone coverage.
Whatever Detroit is paying Kane - it’s too much. Woof. Him and DeBrincat.
The Leafs will be unstoppable with these lines, but instead will put Mitch with Matthews and make both of their lines worsePatches - Tavares - Marner
Knies - Gourde - Nylander
McMann - Matthews - Domi
Even if Marner comes in at $13 million, which is on the higher end of what I’d like, it’s inconceivable to me how the Leafs could allocate $13 million more efficiently given the other free-agent options. Ultimately, that means they’ll bring him back, in my opinion.Hey leafs fans, just a quick question from a guy at West.
