Before these two games I would have been happy to take 4 out 6 points.

But honestly after seeing the leaky oil and angry-for-being-shut-out McDavid, I would be very disappointed if they got any points now.

Loved Burns and our team then
If we could insert anyone of those greats to this team we would win it all
Our D is very similar to that one now
Dubas additions this past year were brilliant

PUCK YEAH! I am entertained!!!!! I mean... vs the 90's this is the best I have seen since! We have a wicked good team!! and if they keep playing at this level... well.. I am not going to say it, but you know? ;)

I'd put him and Tim Horton as 1 and 2 all time Leafs Dmen, I'd say that Borje was a better skater then Horton and that would imo give him the #1 spot

Can’t argue with that at all
Barilko was going to be a beauty as well and also Loved the history of Red Horner ( even before my time lol ) but we’ve always been known more for our Defense in our history
The gold dust twins Even old king Clancy and on and on Turnbull was awesome but we have a good crew now
I was just saying that our 93 d core was similar to the one we have now I’d say

I absolutely agree with you! when everyone was calling for Dubas head last year... I was not one of those people... He is a smart kid.... I gotta admit, Joe has more than exceeded my expectations, he has been outstanding! 'ps I live in St. Thomas, where he grew up and his parents still live, got his auto aha' Patty Burns, arguably the best coach ever to coach the Leaf's! I loved that guy, 'RIP!' It blows me away how we are so soft 'unlike that 91-93 Leafs team compared to today' and we still hammer it home... Keefe may very well be the new prodigy of a coach in this day an age... I am absolutely loving what I am seeing so far! GLG Bro!

Totally agree
Keefe reminds me of Sather with the young oilers without the smirk , but smart like that to recognize that we are a young talented team and let’s our elite guys go !!!
You know Lou and Babs were perfect for the first 2 years to establish the tone of professionalism and change the culture , but we needed to make a change to Dubas and a Keafe to fit today’s players perfectly , but you got to give it up to Shanny all the way
Great change on the jerseys and on and on
It’s about time that our illustrious Team gets back to where we should be , a cornerstone of the NHL

The Good: 6 straight periods of the best Leafs hockey in a very long time, everybody is clicking everyone is playing both ends, everyone is winning battles, races and out thinking the opponent, great seeing Hutch exorcise those ghosts, he's been really solid, excellent feet and hands and he's hoovering pucks and the ones he doesn't his team mates are there to bail him out, The Leafs didn't take one step back when the Oilers started getting chippy.

The Bad: none really because again Edmonton played really well but the Leafs were just simply the better team

The Ugly: McJeebuzz was even more sour then on Saturday

Unreal to think that 2 very valuable forwards are still out

Red Horner was my grandmother’s favourite player.
