A manager, leader, teacher, or coach, to be effective and successful must know how to best communicate to each individual, based on their character and mental makeup. Bertuzzi looks like he can properly handle aggressive criticism, like water off a duck's back - watch his facial and body language. Marner and Nylander, not so much, they sensitively take justified criticism as a personal attack. Keefe knows his players.
