from the little I know...how are you feeling? 16-game point streak question I think probably gave a willy response whenever he gets asked that question. how it was like to play in front of family and the support you are shown...the answer was special ofc and great to be here etc etc.

I work quite a few weekends at the transfer station where people will show up 1/2 hour before we open (8:30) on a Sunday and wait. Who the hell gets up early on a Sunday to wait at a gate to get rid of their garbage or recycling?

Minnesota is terrible, If the Leafs make an effort for 4 or 5 minutes they will win this game. It won't take much more than that. Unlike the other day, I can see the Leafs taking a 3 or 4 goal lead and then letting the Wild back in the game for a bit before blowing them out.

The biggest variable is that this is an 8 AM game; the boys will not be used to it. I don’t know if the NHL marketing department is 1000 monkeys on 1000 typewriters but making it noonish would have been the smarter play.

Seeing 6 LHD playing is like fingernails on a chalkboard for me.

No defensive balance whatsoever.....

Being of Latvian background (and having lived and worked there, been in Sweden many times too) the pickled herring is a thing in all of scandanavia + the Baltic countries of Estonia and Latvia. Lots of similar oddities too (sauna lifestyle etc). Love it!!

And to your point about the defencemen . . . when in Rome . . . or should I say Sweden, play D as in Sweden - or anywhere from up northern Europe!
- offense over defence in terms of mindset
- puck possession over physicality and losing the puck
- quick movement of the puck towards the offensive zone, no matter the situation!

This will only play to our strengths, and I believe, will give us the
SWEDISH SWEEP *

This F1 race is amazing simply because it's really different. I rarely get to watch this stuff because it's always on at a weird time, as is this one. But we got a Leafs game at the weirdest time a Leafs game has ever been played as far as I know..........so let's do this!
