It’s very simple with this team. If they all go hard on every single shift, and get decent goaltending, they will be heavily favored in each game.
The intangibles being, a bad break or bounce and bad officiating. They truly carry their own destiny with effort.

The law of averages tells us a loss is coming. It just is. This is the NHL. Could be tonight. Could even be against the Sens. And when it happens, I can't say I'll be mad. This has been an amazing start. Go on a bad slide, sure maybe it will be time to get mad. But one loss? Naaahh.

I'd much rather lose to the Sens then any other team. The Sens at this point is not fighting for a play off spot. So in a way right now they are the only 2 point game in the division.
 
I'm completely okay with losses (no team has ever had a perfect season).

If they put in effort and lose its alright, just annoying when they beat themselves.
 
Gotta be careful and not take these guys too lightly. Sure, we're 2 and 0 against them this year. But one game went to overtime and the other was a one goal game until we got the empty netter. We could have been 0 and 2.

Same. People will say how can you lose to such a bad team, but the same people would say Leafs can't win a big game with a loss tonight. Either way, take it when it comes and move on.
 
Wouldn't even be mad with a loss, but that aint happening tonight. We win comfortably again.
 
I know he doesn’t play for the Habs anymore but man galchenyuk’s stock has dropped big time.
 
Wow. Bieksa hates the leafs so much that he makes Hughson sound like a fan. I’m losing a lot of interest in his opinion. He’s a bitter west coast boy.

He said some BS on Tim and Sid yesterday, the usual “Habs are built for the playoffs, Leafs the regular season.” What’d he say now?
