Pre-Game Talk: Leafs vs Sens-Split Squad- 1 PM and 7 PM

Not to crap on Sandin....but the notion that he doesn't like how crowded the blueline is infront of him? Shows me a guy that isn't willing to pull up his boot straps and go steal a spot. Even with Liljegren out hurt or even if Muzzin is hurt...we still have Rielly-Brodie, Giordano-Holl, Benn-Mete.....that's obviously without Liljegren and Muzzin who would be regulars otherwise. Sandin can take a hike imo, even if it's unpopular

Agree. Not loving that attitude from a player that hasn't been able to stay healthy and doesn't have that many games under his belt. He should be doing everything he can right now to fight his way into this lineup.

It's pre-season. It's really hard to evaluate anything here. Half of this Leafs team look like they are deer in the headlights. It's ok. Perhaps it's nerves, or new team.

No one here is weighing too heavy on my comments. I hope people can see that I'm keeping things light/fun.

We definitely could use some more light/fun around here. I don't think your posts (to this point) have achieved that but I'd love to see it!

I'm not watching this one period of hockey with anything other then fun glasses.

Who cares if I don't like Malgin anyway? He's not lighting it up. Maybe Gaudette will have a better 2nd period. Whatever...

Malgin isn't built for 4th line minutes, he's a skilled forward who really isn't skilled nor fast enough to play in a top 6 NHL spot.

I don't really want 4th liners who bounce off their checks I want guys who can crumple their checks when given the opportunity on the forecheck.
