Gio looks like he is using camp to get his conditioning back like a true vet lol

The depth players showed well and certainly helped their chances of making the opening night lineup. Had some surprises too

That was fun. Watched with no volume so i have no clue who half the players were.

And hopefully just a small taste of the disappointment to come for the leagues most overrated team.

Holmberg is going to make it hard to tell him no this year.

Minten played very well, guys that get this experience and then go back to junior come back to their junior teams so much crisper and it can infect a team starting a season - and when that is a good team with memorial cup aspirations - well he could have a great year ahead of him

I haven't noticed him much during the game. I would say that Malgin, ZAR, Gaudette, Steeves and Minten have been more noticeable and impressive. My original thought is that he needs more time in the AHL.

Malgin looked better, I think Holmberg looked better than everyone else there.

The others just had more "wow" moments, and ZAR is a completely different role.

I really liked Holmberg's play.

Leafs dominated that game. All the guys pushing for spots played well, Simmonds looks like he’s motivated to keep a spot. That shift in the 2nd really got the Leafs going.

Game means nothing but always good to beat the Sens.

Bonus game in a few hours to see the rest of the crew. Now back to my meat fest.
