That's why you can't bench this guy even when he's playing bad. Can do something out of no where.

As much as Nylander frustrates me at times I appreciate how immune he is to the pressure of this market.

There's no way the officials would say "you wouldn't have done that without the pending penalty" though. They made a legal play that's legal in any situation and it's not the officials job to read minds. Maybe they're Patrick Roy and likes to pull their goalies down 2 with 10 minutes left.

I get what you're saying. I still think it's bullshit.

IMO, in a situation like that, there should be a face-off with the time that would have been remaining at the time of the high stick and the goal shouldn't count.
