The other team has a defense, we dont.

They dont have a defense they fot lucky/we failed. They gave up 40 shots playing ass defense.

Their goalie was great but we failed to finish and if we lose it's on us and us alone

Allocate loss% however you like but the forwards deserve blame for missing easy looks given by the Jeta trash defense

Leafs are not a shutdown and clog it type of team. We get 40iah chances yet score 2. The players fail to produce despite the chances. Start finishing chances or stop pretending to play a defensively structured game and go run and gun like with Babcock giving up more chances but getting more saves (andersen used to make more saves when facing higher shots might help)

Leafs have played excellent defense the majority of the year. And it's rare for any team to not allow a slot chance like the third goal and I can't think of any team who prevents all point shots like the second goal.

He's 7th in sv% among 16 goalies who have played over 6000 minutes since the start of 2018-19. That's pretty much exactly middle of the pack. 6th is GSAA. He's pretty much what we pay for.

Do I wish he was better, yes. But, expecting Campbell to walk in and play 55 games and not become the next scape goat seems like a reach.
