At the end of the day it’s the NHL. Hell tampa is losing games left and right as well. It happens, I don’t think we should get too upset about it. Even bad teams can out work good teams.

Florida, the "best team in the East" was losing to the Senators 3-0 a short time ago. Now it's 3-2, because they got the momentum back with... a power play goal. Unfortunately, the Leafs won't get one of those.

It seems like they are not even on the same page. That first intermission is a complete contradiction of what Friedman said from the beginning. It is like nobody filled them in and they were living under a rock for the past month when it came to the Leafs.

- I think only one of Spezza or Simmonds should be in the lineup on any given night. Together they really kill the fourth line. Bring up some players from the Marlies and give them a shot. Anderson? Robertson?

- When can the Leafs sign Knies? When is the earliest date he can join the team?

- The second line must be fixed. Try something different. Maybe flip Tavares and Kampf. Rename the Tavares line the second line so that his ego is ok.
