GDT: Leafs vs Flames

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server
Proof of a multiverse, he's in another dimension offensively.
I have been reading a lot of quantum physics lately and my considered opinion is you are not right.
If you were correct he would actually be good in some universes and this is simply incomprehensible.
Sorry Heisenberg

The war room always have extra angles that TV broadcasters don't have access to.
Its still dumb that you need to go super slow mo from multiple angles to determine if someone was 'offside' or not. That means that it was so close that it shouldn't matter. Calling back a goal because of an offside should only be for when a player is so clearly offside that the ref calls it on the ice.

How does the pk leave so much open ice down high and down low at the same time without any sticks in the lanes? That can't be easy.
Many teams play the 1-1-2 or wedge but they play it more aggressively.. try to get you painted into the lower quadrant and get 4 in the picture. We don't.. we press down but then just keep a tight triangle so the press down really doesn't result in anything. We are completely relying on shot blocks or saves now. That is coaching... nothing to do with personnel.

Every possibility exists they claim. Just think somewhere you are winning every lottery every draw and the silly people still buy tickets

If Marner could release as quickly as he can get a pass off under threat of check. I bet he could potentially pot a few more goals.

Replay the half ass AM release. That would have been a rocket last season
He's been injured in that wrist, it has to be the issue.

Small joints are really difficult to heal 100%, there has to be a complete commitment by Matthews to rest it entirely in the offseason and use any tricks/surgery he can to heal it, if it is in fact the issue and there are no guarantees.

His snapshot is non-existent and it was responsible for so many goals and knuckle ball shots that goalies couldn't pick up well
