This game IMO is on goaltending. Every blown lead Campbell looks like he’s about to shit his pants once it’s 3-1. They’ve been dominating the opposition, 39 SOG to 17. We need saves

Games like this with a goalie zoned in on the tight plays, fire more puck and look for the dirty goal.

The give and go, deke-out isn't going to work. Leafs need some bodies in front. Plenty of zone time but they need something simple.

That's a nice shot from a great shooter, from a prime scoring position, with Campbell having to worry about pass options. Sure, if you slow it way down, it's easier to criticize, but in real time you can see how there's no time for Campbell to purely react, he has to stay deeper and guess either low or high, he guessed wrong. But that goes in on a lot of goalies, a lot of the time.

...he hits mid net, that's not Top corner, not bar down, not post and in. It's the type of shot you hope to contain a player to and our goalie is beat clean on a less than stellar chance

I've called him out for refusing to take timeouts before when the team was bending.

This one was just...odd.
