This is largely on Campbell.

It's the playoffs. You can't let in 3 of the first 5 shots even if the first 5 shots were all clear-cut breakaways.

The 1st goal is his fault alone, the other 2 are the team effort.

Yep, because as a bunch of people expected would happen, the refs calling the first few games regular season style caused the Leafs to change their lineup on the assumption that regular season style would be the way this series went... And now it's playoff style and the guys who actually hit are in the press box...

Tavares should never have been named captain to begin with. Captaincy should have been either Rielly or Matthews.

4th game of the series, Tavares has been a complete NO SHOW.
