Thing I have been most impressed with this year was the lack of two on ones and odd man rushes against. Finally. But over the last handful of games it feels like it is back in a big way. Mostly Rielly and a little Muzzin. There is no need for this team to give out free goals. Play safe. Our forward group will score more than enough most nights without dumb pinches.

Get a win no matter how bad it is. You don't want to be in a bad place heading into this much needed break.
Getting some saves would help too.

Ottawa always shows up against us. I don't expect tonight to be any different.

I'm not really sure how the Leafs don't have enough flexibility to make any lineup changes, but it would be a really good time to make some

Need a major bounceback here and our top guys need to do some stat padding like the Edmontonians do against Ottawa.

..for whom?

Draisaitl has 26 points in 11 games vs Ottawa and Vancouver. In the remaining 19 games he has 19 points vs everyone else. The guy's a statistical accumulator.

Tonight's scheduled Refs
Graham Skilliter #24
Michael Markovic #47

GTFOH... ha ha... ole skillet sensations gets to call us for everything and anything again tonight. Complete boondoggle incoming.

My confidence level for a win is less than 50%... is Hutch starting? Have the players taken their heads out of their asses yet? Excited to find out at 7pm!
