Well then, how the story goes is the boys needed nourishment between periods, Campbell stepped up.
And the rest how they say, is history.
Leafs 4-3.
You really need to change those glasses lolNo worries we got em exactly where we want em
Leafs win in OT 5-4
Not sure there are enough good players to juggle around. Just have to stop playing the 4th lineI mean.. This is where Keefe needs to juggle the lines a bit.
Because that would have been insanely stupid? There is no world where Seattle doesn't take Tavares there.I don't know why we didn't leave Tavares unprotected (if we could convince him) on the expansion draft. I highly doubt Seattle takes him and then we get to protect McCann
Marner's been working on his shot in the offseason. He thinks he's developed it to the point he can pick the top corners. Unfortunately, he couldn't hit the corner of the arena. I tried to give him a chance. I forgave him for that shit he pulled in the playoffs. But he's the same crap we're used to seeing...careless plays, stick fly-bys, indifferent play, slow skating...ughhhh. $11 million for this.
Mrazek already hurt. Nice....
Weird flex right now.My favourite part of this season so far is how this game typically would be blamed on Nylander, even if he was playing well. Love how virtually everywhere all I've seen is "only one player has shown up"
Guess I don't have to defend the dude anymore.

Nah - he only knows how to double shift Marner and Mathews - Thats his cardHe wont.
You're really going to include ELCs? Dude we had Matthews, Marner and Nylander on ELCs at the same time. You get no credit for that. Also the Tkachuk deal as of right now is an overpayment. It feels like Ottawa rebuilt the correct way and are ascending, while Toronto screwed it up, yet again, through overpayments poor decisions...
Tkatchuk: 8.2 million per year
Chabot: 8.0 million per year
Drake Batherson: 4.8 million per year
Josh Norris: 925k per year
Tim Stutzle: 925k per year
The only contracts that I don't like are the Matt Murray deal at 6.2 million per year and the Nikita Zaitsev deal at 4.5 million per year.
Regardless, they've got tons of cap room and they have their young stars have reasonable contracts that they're going to have a lot of flexibility around.
