This happened every year apart from Matthews’s hart year

It starts off insanely hot, then cools down to ice, then breaks through a month before the playoffs, where it seems to cool off

This unit just can’t carry themselves for an entire season

What is really strange, is that to a man, minus a few streaks here and there, every player is struggling to do what they normally do. Passes are constantly going astray. Outlets passes are being smashed into guys circling back. Drop passes are slightly underhit. Shots are being passed up in favour of throwing it into a group of players. The forwards are all 2nd to get to the boards.

It is really bizarre. Every single player looks off. There is an absolute void in leadership on this team. Tavares is doing us no favors. No one looks like they want to get things organized.

It's crazy.

This is not a player issue, its a coach who has zero attention to detail. Tics a sloppy team with elite players that do what ever the F they want to do. Keefe said he wants his team to pressure the puck, just a day ago he said this.... the team is not doing what he wants them to do. Tre you gotta have your head up you ass not to see what thesis team is telling you.

The team was doing well before under him, but not this year. This is a player issue IMO

It was like the Sens were on a PP almost the entire 1st period.

Based on the 4 periods of regulation time so far between these two teams this season, I'd rather have the Sens roster right now.

Our Leafs look out-classed so far after one period IMHO.

There are only two NHL teams I want our Leafs to beat. These Sens and the Habs. They can lose to the rest of the NHL for all I care now.

Our Leafs best players are paid like they should be able to dominate any game. So far, they are putrid, over-paid and over-rated.
