When I'm thinking of doing a prospect swap, I would say it either a direct one-for-one swap, or it's maybe it's a few guys to a team lacking depth for one slightly better guy. We have a lot of depth (probably too much in some areas) where it may make sense to trade two or three of the good guys we have at the bottom of our depth chart for one guy that may be more in the middle, even if it means we take a small loss in terms of value.
