That second and third may be the best string of hockey we have seen all season. Amazing what happens when you give Evangelista someone to play with. Svechkov with a heck of a game too and still only got 11 minutes of ice time.

I watched the game late last night and nothing helps a young player develop(Svechkov) than having AHL wingers. Bruno is dumb.

It's a lot easier to be happy to win if Evangelista and Svechkov are getting points. I still can't believe we play McCarron 16:23 and Svechkov 11:23 though. It is pure insanity.F'd up as it is...we have to justify not being mad when we win

The season is over, you give the kids more icetime because you can. They may be the future, none of these Vets are, almost all of them will be retired in the next 3-4 years.
You put them in situations and give them responsibilities now when the pain doesn't matter rather than doing it later and finding out they can't.
And yes sometimes people make the right call on things. It ain't like some of us haven't been watching hockey night in and night out for 30 dang years.
