Just don’t let it turn into the Colorado game.

I seriously don’t know what he’s doing the past few games. He needs to get going.
He can't play in these high pace games. He's a much better player in the slow, structured, defensive type games. He doesn't skate well enough to capitalize in these end-to-end type games.

It's a strange game sometimes.
The two PP goals against are good plays by them, not great by us obviously.
The 3rd goal was ridiculous. Wonder if Kallgren was already feeling something.
The 4th goal against Tavares looked like an absolute clown... his awareness there was grossly non-existant.

2nd line has been terrible imo. Brodie (with the puck) has been terrible.

I liked the other defensive pairs. Take out Holl and put Boosh back in, I think we are a ton better.

I'm not sure JT skates well enough to play #1C for our beer league team tbh.

I don't think Kallgren was quite right after the Marchment hit that drove his skull into the crossbar. The backplate is almost zero protection on a goalie mask, and the shot that knocked him out of the game later was pretty routine.

That was my first thought. Odd that he is out after the wrist shot though.

He chases the game way too much in these type of games. Bergeron can’t skate in these kind of games too but he doesn’t try to out skate you. He just plays his game.

It’s easier said then done but Tavares needs to emulate Bergeron in these situations. Simplify the game.
