Only allow an ATO if there is no goalie available in the system to call up and force teams to make the necessary roster moves to call up a goalie if needed. The advantage that the Leafs are getting out of this is that they get to hold onto ConnorvTimmons as opposed to exposing him to waivers and probably losing him.

Allow all teams to have a taxi goalie that doesn’t count against the cap. League min or a position minimum

There is something to be said about staying in a rhythm as well. You can't just sit him until playoffs and throw him in cold. I imagine Sammy will be in vs the Rangers as well to keep him hot.

The criticism was that Dubas picked up two injured goalies. I would not have done what he did and I said it at the time.

When it was workng out early on, Dubas looked brilliant. Now you need a healthy NHL tandem and we are rising alot. Dubas looks like a.gambler.
